OK, the Aecc line types kind of worked.  They are faulty though, just like the
version 13 autocad 
routine.  At least I can draw treelines and finish this project.

My WISH is to have the special lines in a pull down under the lines/curves menu
where they used to 
be, and to have the OVERLAP of the arcs in the Treeline linetype be variable
(asked for like in 
2005).  I do NOT want overlap in MY linetype, but I can respect the fact that
others out there might 
need an overlap.
