Such a library does not already exist? Does it has to be a shared library to be
supported by the Exchange Manager? If I write such a library, do you think I
have to manually launch reception on the receiving side, or would my app be
called with the sysAppLaunchCmdExgAskUser and sysAppLaunchCmdExgReceiveData
launch codes when data is received?
