Is problem in Bluetooth 2.0 and 1.1 backward-compitability?

Hi All,

I'm newer in Bluetooth communication.
I want make connection Palm Tungsten TX and Bluetake BT220 via bluetooth.
Bluetake BT220 specification:
Bluetooth Class 1: 100 meters (300 feet) in open filed
Bluetooth Profile Supported:
  Serial Port Profile
  Hardcopy Cable Replacement Profile

First, I tried to connect via Bluetooth Virtual Serial Driver (SrmExtOpen
function) I have error:
0x030c - serErrConfigurationFailed - The port needs time to configure, and the
configuration has failed.

Next, I tried to create bluetooth connection via Bluetooth Library.
When I call function BtLibSdpGetPSMByUuid or BtLibSdpGetServerChannelByUuid in
callback function (event btLibSocketEventSdpGetPsmByUuid) i have error:
0x3119 - btLibErrSdpQuerySyntax

What problem is?
Is it possible to make connection between BT220 and Palm TX?

Please, help.

Thanks.
Sasha Trukhny.
