Implementing USB endpoints

People,

Is it possible to develop low level code for Palm USB controller so that I could
define functions for the endpoints beyond the default available?

Suppose I would like to use my palm as the keyboard for my PC. I would have to
implement the HID for keyboard in order to PC recognize my Palm as a real
keyboard (like a USB one).

I appreciate any help as well a documentation link.
