How to localize RSS Reader

After localizing FeedReader.xml file, I found that there are still many places
in rss reader that are not localized, e.g. the right click context menu like
"New Feed", "New Folder", "Import OPML",
"Export OPML", and the right panel content titles, like "Most
Commented Articles", "Most Recent Articles".

Are these contents hard-coded? I have looked up in all configure and xml files
but still cannot find the place to localize them. 

Any ideas?

Found these contents hard coded in Skin-Reader.ascx file.

Hope you can move them to resource files in next release.
