| Strange characters displaying in subject lines of feeds |

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't see anything doing a search,
but then, I didn't know exactly what to search for on this one
I've got a test installation setup locally while I'm working on migrating from
CS2.0 to CS2.1, and have implemented (thanks to Jayson's excellent posts on the
subject) have some aggregated feeds set up. However, I'm seeing some rather
strange characters displaying in the subject lines for the articles that aren't
there on the originals. It seems like colons, semi-colons, quotes, etc. are
getting stripped and displayed like so:
Any ideas how I can correct this?
TIA for any pointers!
