Share the default RSS feeds?

I would like to open up the reader to all users and have it already populated
with the RSS feeds that I have in there.  Is there a way to default this to
everyone, but still allow them to add to it?  I have tried to export the OPML
with no luck on the import.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
