Customising Registration Emails etc - and Admin receiving
emails

Hi - is it possible to customise the emails sent out when a user signs up and is
waiting for/ received approval? 

Also, does the system administrators receive emails notifying new user
registrations?

I'm using the Telligent hosted CS2007 version.

Well I don't know if you can do this on a hosted CS2007, but otherwise you need
to open Languages\en-US\emails\emails.xml with a text editor and then you can
modify the content of all your emails.
