I have installed the CS 2007 edition and the Mail Gateway.
I have installed the trial license recived.
I want to test the function of being able to send an e-mail to an e-mail
address and then the message being posted on the forum. I am not interested in
any other functionality then the forum.
I have followed all the instructions I have been able to find:
Mail Gateway installed
E-mail gatewat enabled - Email domain entered, information on new incomming
mailbox enterd
Remote access code created and edited the mailgateway.config file to match the
Site name, ServiceURL and PassPhrase
Added account information in the forum section of the administration menu. I
have tested both active and passive mode.
I am able to send mail to the Exchange account for the forum, however the forum
doesn't seem to download the mail from the mailbox.
My question is so, how do I make it do so?

Did you start up the Mail Gateway Windows service? This is covered in step 4 of
the Installation Instructions section of the readme with the Mail Gateway
download. You just need to run services.msc, then scroll down and find
"Telligent Mail Gateway" and start the service.

Yes that service is running.
I have restarted both it and the server without any improvement.

What do the log files for Mail Gateway show? There should be some .log files in
the Mail Gateway installation directory.

I see there is an error there due to not being autorized, where do I change that
