| Web Wizard installation doesn't even start |

I did everything the tutorial at:
http://docs.communityserver.org/wiki/page.aspx/23/web-install-wizard/
says, up to step 4. At step 5, I try navigating to the installation page. It
just never loads. Any other page in my site loads normally, but when I try going
into default.aspx in the installer folder, it just says "waiting for
[address]..." and never loads. It's been more than half an hour already...
My site is hosted at Crystaltech, and I've already given the application all
the permissions mentioned in the page mentioned before.
So... Help, please?
