Layout and Table

Hello,

 i am developing a own site on my CS 2.1. I am not using articles or whatever, a
normal website.

I am having serious problems getting it fit to the rest of the design of CS
2.1.

 
For example my page has no margins, (no borders) -> the text is damaged on
those table-lines ?!

Is i possible to use the Forum as Masterpage -> or better said, is it
possible to use it a template to put my data into ?




And is it possible to add into custom sites those ContentHolders (i mean those
like "Community Server", "Gold Support", "Community
Corner" in this Forum)
