Updating a table directly for moderation settings

I've decided to moderate new and anonymous user postings.  By default, all of
the users that have been created on my site are listed as User is Moderated.  I
want to change them all to User is not moderated.  Doing this via the GUI will
require too much time.  I would think this is a simple flag setting in one of
the tables but couldn't find it.  Anyone know the best way to do this?

it looks like the cs_UserProfile's ModerationLevel might have something to do
with this setting, i can't be sure though.  This is why i setup a lab to be able
to play around with the database and site without effecting my current
production environment so that i could test this stuff.  I will check it out
this weekend if i can, hopefully that is the setting.
