Adding New Menu Bars

How does one go about adding another navigation bar along with the horizontal
default navigation bar in CS.  I have one on my site that I created by adding a
content part and then designing the buttons there, etc... but is there a way to
use CS to generate the navigation bar.  It would be a vertical menu bar in the
right column.  Any help is appreciated.

You can check out this search result on asp.net or also check ok the CA controls
that CS uses.

Someone else may have a better answer but that's what I would do if I was
looking into that.
