How can I adjust text position in 'text frame' ? Leading ?

1 - When we create a text frame CorelDRAW leaves white space between the top
of the letters and the top of the text frame.

We want the top of the text (capitol letters, of course) to be right up
against the top of the text frame.

Text > Format Text > Space > Before Paragraphs

doesn't seem to do it.

How can I get this to happen?

2 - How can I adjust Leading between text lines? (Space between lines.) For
instance I may want 10 on 11... which puts one point of space between lines
when using ten point type... or I may want more space between lines like...
8 on 10 which would be eight point type with two points of space between
lines.
