default graphic outline

Minor annoyance...........installed ver. 11 on a new "puter" and can't
get 
the default outline to stick.  I change the default precision to "5"
places 
and then under tools/options/document styles set the default outline for a 
graphic to.00005. Save the option for "save settings for all new
documents" 
and close. Also save the setting as default in the Main Window (tools/save 
settings as default).

Close out corel, re-open, draw a rectangle and the defalut outline is 
"hairline", which is too thick for the work I do & its an
annoyance to have 
to remember to change it every time I open Corel.

Anyone know a way to change the default outline to .00005", and have it be

the default.?

I have both SP1 and SP1_SP2 Installed.
