send PDF's only for proofing
maybe they are printing Acrobat reader settings as shown. orig ad here
is 4" x 4"
Some versions of Reader ( ver 5) want to enlarge to 8.5 x 11 by default
(I think) if orig doc size is less than that

Hello all,
When I did a job from cd and exported to jpg or pdf file to my clients for
proof read.
My clients complain that the size of my jpg or pdf not 100% original size
(always bigger than my size) when they print out.
How could I export them to the original size when they print. I have try 1:1
with 72, 96, 150, 300 dpi with RGB, and there were no problem when I
imported them and to print.

This is not your fault, but probably due to client's software or print
settings. I had the same problem with a client until I found out he was
viewing & printing jpg's with Windows Photo & Fax viewer, which defaults
to
"fit to page". When he started printing from Photoshop, prints came
out
actual size.
You need to tactfully educate your clients on what print settings to use
depending on what software they have. Jeff's previous answer illustrates a
perfect example of this if using Acrobat.

Cindy

The final printing size is dependent on the clients software and print
settings.
Ask them to send you something that prints to their liking with their
software, look at it to see what the various details are,
and try duplicating the details as to pixels, resolution, file size, etc.
