| Advice On Layout, please - linked objects, symbols or? |

Hello,
I'm making some lotto boards. I want to create a template some that I
can have objects appearing on multiple pages. I want to be able to
change the master object and have all the other duplicate objects change
automatically. For example in one set I may have a clipart of a girl
playing baseball. If I use another piece of clipart, say a girl skiing I
want to be able to replace all the images of the girl playing baseball
with the girl skiing. Should I be using linked objects, or editing
symbols or vba or something else. I guess it's a bit like mail merge but
I want to be able to replace objects rather than text. Does anyone have
any ideas for the best approach?
Thanks,
Chris (Hunt)

VBA is the best approach. You could use Symbols and change its content, but
it will not be as convinience as a macro.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I've managed to get something working
using symbols as I after thinking about it I had no idea how to do the
job with VBA!
Best wishes,
Chris
