| eps equation not showing italicized font |

Hi everyone,
I have solved much of my problem of importing a mathematical equation
from MathType into CorelDRAW.
Here is the only remaining issue:
Latin fonts fail to show up italicized, even though they should. Greek
fonts do show up italicized, as they should.
The issue involves what shows up on the screen. Also, if I copy the
equation from MathType into Visio, the equation looks fine. What is
supposed to be in italics is in italics. Same thing if I import the
equation into Illustrator. Everything looks fine on the screen.
But only in CorelDRAW do the italics not show up for the Latin letters.
The Greek letters do produce italicized, as they should.
Could someone please help. This is important to me.

is there an actual italic face for the Latin fonts? Many applications, like
pretty much all Microsoft apps, fake italics by skewing a font. Draw and
Photopaint will not fake italics, nor will they fake Bold. Italics, Bold,
Bold Italics, these are all separate font faces created by the person who
drew out the fonts. So the first question is: do you have the italic face of
this font actually installed on your computer?

Hi Hunter and everyone,
Yes there is. Actually, it is simply Times New Roman. Nothing more
than that. But it won't print in italics after I import the .eps file
into CorelDRAW.
