Alignment

OK< In Corel Draw 8, one would click on one object, shift+click on a second 
object and then do the keyboard CTRL+A to bring up the alignment box..where 
is it in corel draw 12?? It ain't working for me.. example, draw a box, now 
type some text in that box..In CD8 I would select both objects and CTRL+A to 
center the text in the box.. WHERE IS IT IN CD12??

Hi mikeyb, what you described works for me. I'd check the keyboard 
shortcut, I may have set it manually:

Tools >  Customization > Commands > Arrange > Align &
Distribute

I also have shortcuts  v and m to align one object to another vertically 
and horizontally. I think the m is customised and originally it was c.

Mike,

The shortcuts I use in CD12 are all right in the program from the start. 
Select the objects you want and:
C - vertical center
E - horizontal center
P - V + H center to page
L, R, T and B for left, right, top and bottom.

Is this what you are hunting for?
