Starting awhile ago, whenever I open Corel Draw 12 a MS Internet Explorer
window opens (MS IE is not my default web browser!) with eventually a
message from Corel Software Manager telling me that version X14 is available
for purchase. I am annoyed since the window can't be closed until the
connection with Corel is established.
How can I prevent this window from automatically appearing?

START BUTTON = PROGRAM UPDATES = SETTINGS SECTION - click 'change update
settings' - Click 'select' (you must go here) - deselct programs you want to
disable - Click OK, select 'Turn off auto updates' - Click OK. Exit.
