X3 will not Open fix

    X3 now will open after reading MS's Description of security update 
kb36181 to core services 4.0. 
http://support.microsoft.clm/default.aspx.kb/936181 It told of the situation 
where some programs are effected when the update is installed. I followed 
instructions and uninstalled the update and then deleted the MSxlm4.dll from 
the system32 folder. Then I downloaded msxmi.msi from MS and ran the 
install. since then X3 opens and runs find.
    I have already had an update notice asking  me to down load the MSxlm4 
security update kb936181 again. but I have rejected  the update till corel 
or MS find a fix for this problem.

Every time MS updates the MSxml library it may need to be registered 
manually...
When the registration fails you need to manually update it, then re-register 
it again..
