If you have Microsoft Office installed on your machine you can search 
the MS clipart site for "designs" and "flourishes". This
will bring up 
lots of elements that can be copied to your clipboard and pasted 
directly into Corel as an editable vector that you can use to assemble 
and approximate the look of the belt buckle.
