If the image is a bitmap, you can use the Shape tool for that task.
1- With the Shape tool selected, add a node point just below and left the
"A" from(Australian) and below to the right of "b" from
(Club) in the
bounding box that surrounds the image.
2- Now, marquee select the top two corner nodes of the bounding box and
delete it. You will now be left with a top arc.
3- Next, marquee select the two nodes you just added previously, and drag
downward together untill the top text of "Australian Caravan Club"
vanishes.
Add a few more node points and adjustments to tweak the remainding visual
pieces.
or
You can also create a shape of the map via the Bezier or Pen tool, and use
the Poweclip feature. Also, using the "Edit Bitmap" feature works
well. It
will open PhotoPaint up, draw a selection around your top text with the
"Freehand Mask tool", delete it, and save your changes. The image will
be
automatically updated in DRAW.
