well, first, you wouldn't do it in Draw. You'd do it in Photopaint.
I do have a tutorial in unleash.com for colorizing b/w photos that utilizes 
how to do a clipmask - http://www.unleash.com/hunter/colorize/index.asp; I 
have another colorizing tute over on retouchpro.com that also shows how to 
do clipmasks: http://retouchpro.com/tutorials/?m=show&id=43
The colorizing part of those tutorials aren't what you need, but the info 
about clipmasks should help.

After you have a clipmasked object in your file, it's just a matter of 
putting another layer with the color or texture underneath said clipmasked 
object. A solid color is probably best as using a textured background, well, 
you're never going to be 100% sure that the image will be placed on your 
site in such a way that the texture in your file will line up with the 
texture of your background.
