If you're really into vector work, you might someday want to upgrade, to
get the benefit of layer styles with your vector objects. I don't
recommend upgrading to 12 at this point just for layer styles (in part
because PSPPX2 is buggy--although not as buggy as X1--and in part
because I hope PSP layer styles get improved in the next version). Do
consider trying out the next version, whenever it comes out, to see
whether it would be worthwhile for you to upgrade.

I am waiting on X3 to upgrade

You're very welcome, joe. I'll see if I can whip up a little example
that uses vectors and some or all of the layer styles, just to give an
idea of what can be done with them.
