Hi Vanessa,
The general idea is to place the four points on an area that you 
want to become a rectangle after the correction. I chose the 
stonework of the front face here.
It's somewhat a matter of taste, too. If you take away all the 
perspective, the building looms or leans toward you. Try starting 
with my points and experimenting for the best effect. Undo is your 
friend.

Not at all. Any area that should end up a rectangle will do. PSP 
then changes the perspective of the whole image.
