You are probably right, but check that Help > About Paint Shop Pro
shows version 8.10. Get the update for many other fixups if you
don't have it yet.
To test the graphics card driver, turn off Hardware Acceleration for
a test. Control Panel > Display > Settings Advanced> Troubleshoot.
Set the slider to None. If the problem goes away, update your
drivers from the vendor of your graphics card.

I use PSP8 and sometimes when it loads the tool bars are missing half there
icons, if I click on the place where an icon should be the command still
works so I assume this is a graphics problem. I am on my third computer and
I have had this problem with all my computers. This problem and one of the
other issues I have are more commen when Cinema4d is running at the
sametime. Does anyone have any idea as to whats' wrong, and is the latest
version of PSP is more reliable as I'm starting to wounder if an upgrade (or
even a sidegrade) might be due.
Thanks Andrew
