Hi everybody,
I have an english version of PSP-8 (01-PSP8-US).
Is there a possibility to get a french version of the software (or a patch)
?

Certainly not from Corel. If no one offers one here, you could try
the French group at corel.international.French.PaintShop. After
that,your best bet would be eBay, I'd say.
