Runtime Error...Please Help!

Hi, can someone please help!

I have recently purchased a new computer with windows vista.  I installed 
psp8 and it was working fine.  However, yesterday, I started to use it and 
this error message came up (please see attachment).

I have uninstalled and re-installed it and it works ok for a short while, 
but then this message re-appears.  It also freezes up when this happens and 
I have to use the task manager to get rid of it.

My friend told me that there are 5 .dll files that I should have in the 
system file and system 32 file for windows vista and so I have now added 
these to the files, but it hasn't made any difference.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem please?

I think you need to ask in the corel knowledge base If it does not have an 
answer a email corel box will appear. where you may get an answer. The 5 
dill files I bet are the ones for Plugins and Have no connection to you 
problem. Vista does need more ram then XP could you be running out

Are you using verson 8.10? (It can be confusing because there is a version 
8.01, but it's not the same thing at all). The 8.10 patch can be downloaded
