  Terry, I'm here late but I have a couple suggestions.   Have you tried a 
Nozzle check to see if all colors are working?   When you select Bright 
White Ink Jet paper, look at the "Main" tab and change the Quality
Option to 
'Photo'.   For my printer, the option stays on Text when I have Bright White 
paper selected (on an Epson R200).  I assume you have enough resolution to 
print the size you selected.   I turn off 'High Speed' and 'Edge Smoothing.'
