the refills they sell online are terrible expensive

i tried as someone suggested and change the pixels but it was tiny tiny
now i can't get my pixels back lol

Your not Making your self too clear. I take it you want to make a page 5 3/4
inches by 6 3/4 inches. Now we need to use a conversion factor to create
enough pixel to print clearly at that size. 200 pixels to the inch is
adequate for our needs often referred to as PPI some times in scanners as
dpi for historic reasons.
We can do some maths and find that 5.75 (5 3/44") multiplied by 200PPI
=1150
pixels across and that 6.75 x 200ppi = 1350 so our new image needs to be
1150 x 1350.
But its even easier as PSP can do the maths for you. File >New enter the
width and height in decimal inches, and the resolution as 200 ppi and PSP
does the rest. As you are going to be using those setting often it will be
best to save them as a preset.
Open the dropdown list where it says Presets at the top and click on the
Floppy disc icon enter a name for the preset that will help you to remember
what it is be it 5.75x6.75 or classic ok and you done

Could you be a bit more clear about what you are doing? Why
are you resizing anything at all? Why instead are you not
just starting with an image you create from scratch at the
right size? Are you scanning a notebook page and then trying
to print it? Are you making this page from scratch? If you
are making it from scratch use File > New to create it at
a size of 5.75 x 6.75 inches at a resolution of 200 pixels
per inch. If you are doing something else take the trouble
to explain what it is so someone can provide some rational
and helpful advice.

The above suggests you have PSPP X2 yet you are posting to
the PSP 8 newsgroup. Which version of PSP are you actually
working with?
