View > Customize > Keyboard. Set Category = View and Commands =
Script. Enter the desired shortcut key where indicated.

Hi, I have been trying to create a keyboard shortcut for the script toolbar
but unable to find the command for it, I have set this up in PSP 8 & find it
very useful.
