This method gets you most of the way quickly:
1. Use the Pen tool to draw one horizontal line of the desired
length and width.
2. Switch the Pen tool to edit mode.
3. Pick Duplicate Selected from the drop list on its Tool Options
palette. Set both Duplication X and Duplication Y to zero.
4. Pick Rotate from the same drop list. Set the desired rotation
angle.
5. Select both nodes of the line you drew by double clicking one of
them.
6. Copy, paste, and rotate: Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V, click the check mark
beside Rotation Angle on the Tool Options palette.
7. Repeat Step 6 as often as necessary.
8. Finally, double click a node in each contour and drag it to put
one end of the contour at the center of the circle. Put horizontal
and vertical guides at that center to make this quick and easy.
