| PSP 9 Plugins |

Hello;
I recently had a computer crash and slowly I have been loading up my software. I
re-loaded my PSP 9 and discovered that my plugins have gone missing. For some
reason I can't locate them and I am now desperate to retrieve at least the basic
stuff I once had. I have been a long time user of most of the PSP version from 3
until 9 and can't remember experiencing this problem. I thought that I might
locate the appropriate file on my disk (supplied with package) but nothing.
Seeing that it is an older version I really don't want to pay a large sum of
money to get this. If I remember correctly I think that the plugins that I had
were Eye Candy 3 and Eye Candy 4000, but can't be positive of this though.
Am I looking in the wrong locations for these plugins? Did these plugins come
with my software as I don't remember purchasing these after the fact?
Any help from any of you regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx.....

Hi Gil. All plug-ins are separate products made by other
manufacturers. Jasc never sold them, nor included them with the PSP
products.
Having learned your lesson about backups, how about a note
describing how you have arranged backup protection for your new
computer? There are probably many folks out here who have also been
skating on thin ice. They might benefit from your experience.

3 and a demo of 4000 along with some fully working ones fro 4000 Came with
Psp 7.04 aniversery edition.
Any thing in the programs root folder will be removed when you uninstall.
This is why from 8 onwards a My Psp folder was created in My Documents to
store all your own resources be them plugins or tubes ect. This does not get
uninstalled. However If you have formatted your drive and reinstalled
windows not just a repair install All will be new on your drive nothing will
be left from the previous install. all Programs and in this case plugins
will need to be installed again. Note psp does not normally come with
plugins These where a special offer.
This is why backups of downloaded apps are worth keeping in save places
along with Programmes
