psp 9 issues
Thu, 3 Apr 2008 21:32:58 -0700
I am having 2 main issues with PSP9:
1) Occasionally when I open PSP the only tools that will be available are
the vector tools. The other tools (paint brush, etc) are GONE. So far the
only way I have found to get them back is to uninstall and re-install.
2) I cannot update to 9.01 when I try it says that it is not a valid
previous version. I also cannot update to 9.01.1 for same reason

You can always tell a Yorkshire man,
But you can't tell him much.

Start by looking in Help. It has a search facility into which
you can type the words "load workspace". Use this facility,
choose an appropriate answer (e.g. Loading Custom Workspaces)
and read it. It will tell you to use File > Workspace > Load.
Pick Default from the list of available workspaces.

Note if you customize the workspace save it with a name to remember it by,
the same way only save not load.
