This was for me and I am aware of Corel's on-line resources. I am
looking for a hard copy book(s) which I could refer to and read in bed.

My very favorite Python book is the Visual Quickstart Guide called,
interestingly enough, Python, by Chris Fehily. You can find it at
Amazon.com:

http://www.amazon.com/Python-Visual-QuickStart-Guide-Fehily/dp/0201748843

I find this book to be clearly written and very easy to follow. I'm a
self-taught Python coder, though Python is not my first programming
language, as I was a large IBM mainframe programmer and technician for many
years. I can't do a lot, but most of what I've figured out, I've found in
this book. Too bad Joe Fromm and Gary Barton are not around much anymore -
they are my heroes, and a couple of real Python gurus!!!! Now, those guys
are real Python programmers. I muddle along, and have figured out how to do
many things with PSP scripts. Along the way, I've bought many books, but
the Fehily text is my very favorite, and the one I return to over and over
again! Hope it helps you, too, Nathan - and makes for good bedtime
reading!!! Suz

Thank this the one I was looking for. Also, I looked at your background
on your web site and you are quite amazing.
