Unlike you, I do not remember the solutions offered 15 months ago.
At risk of repeating one of them, the common trouble factor seems to
be reading the TIF files. TIF is a very loose spec and it is not
surprising to find that PSP has trouble reading *some* TIF files.
There are thousands of possible combinations of options in TIF.
I would try a batch conversion of these TIFs to another lossless
format--perhaps to another flavor of TIF--with IrfanView, XnView, or
whatever image utility program you favor. PSP will probably read
those. If your TIFs are uncompressed, they may contain EXIF data as
well as the image. Take care to preserve that if you want it.

I have the same message. However, if I use the built-in browser (Cntrl
B) to go to the desired folder and select the TIF files and then select
"Batch Process" the conversion to JPG goes ahead OK.
I'll let one of the acknowledged experts come with up the solution.

I will go along with that. I had a bunch of tiff after conversion from raw
that I wonted to place on the web with J Album. As it would not take tiff I
converted to Jpeg with the batch Processor. No problems where found, so it
might well be that among your tiff files is a multi page one

I asked about this problem 15 months ago, Corel's Forum Ref: 061124-000002,
but solutions offered didn't solve the problem. I have repeated the
solutions previously offered, but still cannot Batch Process TIF files. My
machine specs are similar - now 5.5 GB spare room on D:\, and RAM is now
1.5GB.
In detail, the problem is that with PSP 10.03 I choose File-Batch Process,
Browse-Files of type TIFF, move to the desired directory & Select All. I
then choose Save Mode, type JPG, Browse to the desired destination folder &
hit Start. The error message is:
"Requested Parameter not found in the Repository
OK".
Same result if I try to save in the folder the source files are in, if I
choose 3 or 4 files manually, or if the output format is TIF.
If the input format is JPG, output to a different folder in TIF format, the
Batch Process works. I used 85 files for the test.
2 computers, both running the same version of PSP X on XP Home, behave in
the same manner. Is something missing in XP Home that PSP X patches never
caught up with? Or how do I convert a large number of files in about 15
folders from TIF to another format? My hardware would have difficulties
running PSP X2, so I don't want to upgrade.
