Animating Image Hose Build

I have temporarily posted a small Flash Intro File I purchased from a 
Flash Stock service at the link above. You will notice that this 
animation has several "Floral Sprays". I am assuming that these were 
created in Painter using the Image Hose/Nozzle. I am new to Painter, but 
I have figured out how to Record an Image Hose stroke and animate it 
onto movie frames inside of Painter so far on my own, but two things are 
giving me grief:

(1) How can you create an animated brush stroke using the Image Hose 
that will "BUILD" as it animates rather than just breaking up the
stroke 
between frames?

(2) Do you have any idea where I can find a Floral Library of Nozzles 
that matches these flowers?

Hard to say how the flowers done, but I'd bet iit wasn't done using an image 
hose.  That doesn't mean it couldn't be done that way, this just doesn't 
appear to have been.
