Painter Esentials 2, I created and have been printing a black and white
drawing that is now printing some of the black items partially or fully in
green. I have checked the colorscale and tried changing the ink cartridges
as well as changning to greyscale, no change. Can anyone help me?

Does your printer have a black and white or grayscale printing mode? Most
do. You might find it there if not found on the printer's software control
panel. When you print, on the printer setup menu, you'll find a preference
dialogue, click there, and you should find there. Check the printers
installation disk. The answer is to be found.

Try saving in a jpg, bmp, tif, or png format (Not quite sure what Essentials
has for it's Save As menu options, do not have this program, I do use Corel
Painter). See if that file format produces the same results in the
program, if problem still exists proceed. If you have another graphics
program like Adobe Photoshop Elements open the file in this program and see
if you get the same results printing. If you do there is some problem
with Printer to O/S range, if problem does not occur in another program
there is a setting in Painter Essentials that needs adjusting. Cannot
help you much further with adjusting program settings since I do not have
this program yet check some color management features if those options are
available in your program menu.
