File Type and Creator OSX

It seems that on the Mac, the appropriate file types creator codes need to
be assigned to the special library files in the user Default folder in order
to load  associated resources back into Painter after opening a non-default
library.

In the example jpg, I copied and renamed the default Papers library and
added FSPP as the file type, and ARTX as the creator. I could not open the
original Painter Papers.papers library via the Choose Papers dialogue, but
could open the modified file.
