some painter essentilas 3 questions

hello,
just got PE3 (installed the german version) with my new WACOM tablett:
1. The help file will not open when selecting 'help' from the menue. But I 
can open that file direct in the installation path of the software.
2. The help file shows in a picture, that there should be a colour mixer 
(like in painter IX), but I can't find one.
3. Is there a way to customize the brushes and to create new ones?

Please email painterteam@corel.com, someone will help you with this 
issue.

There is no Color Mixer in Painter Essentials 3. Which help file shows 
one? (that would be a bug in the help...)

Customize, yes, to the extent that you can change opacity, size, etc 
(what is on the Property Bar). But other than that, no. If you want more 
control over your brushes, consider downloading a trial of Painter X.
