Hi, I got Painter Essentials 3 w/ my new Bamboo Fun tablet. The Painter
software seemed to install fine, but now when I try to open it it shows the
splash screen for a few seconds, white box on left of screen and shuts down,
if I click on the Painter "Register" icon I get a Windows error,
"user
registration app has encountered a problem....". I'm running Win XP sp2,
I
have also tried to uninstall and re-install but I am getting the same
results, I have also updated the drivers for the Wacom Bamboo tablet -
nothing has helped, any ideas on what I can do??? Corel won't help me
because it's bundled software, and I can't get through to Wacom. Thanks!

Hi Mechelle,
I think you'll have a better chance of getting help if you post this in
the c.PainterIX newsgroup since Painter Essentials 3 came along later
than the Painter versions covered in this newsgroup.
Good luck!
