creating a collage jmp

Hi all...
I would like to start creating collages in PIX. Has anyone come across a 
   tutorial to do this?

Hi John,

Check the Corel Painter newsletter, The Painter Canvas issues for 
tutorials and tips.

For instance, in the May 2007 issue there's a tutorial by Jeremy Sutton, 
"Making a Collage Portrait".

You'll find The Painter Canvas archives (issues from October 2004 
through September 2007) on the Painter X website > Painter Studio > 
Community tab > Newsletter link on the left side of the page. Start at 
http://www.corel.com/painterx then scroll down the page and click the 
button in the right column named "Launch Painter Studio".

Or, you'll find a complete list of links for The Painter Canvas issues 
through October 2007, with Painter IX links (October 2004 - January 
2007) on one page and Painter X links (February 2007 - October 2007) on 
another page, at PixelAlley. Links to both pages are in the right column 
on the home page at http://www.pixelalley.com .

You'll also find tutorials, most written for Photoshop but easily 
translated for use in Corel Painter, by doing a Google search using the 
words "digital collage" or "digital collage tutorial"
(without the 
parentheses).
