Extras of Painter X

Considering to upgrade to Painter X via download. But apparently the 
download version does not include extras: "Note: Download versions of 
Painter X DO NOT include: . Extra Brushes, Gradients, Image Hose Nozzles, 
Paper Textures, Patterns, and Weaves . Stock photos" Seems weird that Corel

doesn't include these in the downloads.

Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone knew if these were available for 
download. Legally of course. Either on Corel site or another place.

Why not just get the box version? Simple reasons ... faster to get via 
download and environmentally friendly (no mailing, save on box, cd, etc).

Corel should really include these as part of the download or make them 
available as separate free download.
