I had PainterX.5 working okay on my Vista PC and it stopped. Just would not
boot up and said I had a problem. I reloaded Painter X and Painter X.1 okay
and then tried to load the X.5 update but get the error message "Error
1720.
There is an error with this Windows installer package. A script required for
this install could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package
vendor."
I downloaded a fesh copy of the X.5 update but get the same result.
Any suggestions,
Chris
