Creating scratched/scraped/corroded effect on a layer

Hi everybody.

I'm looking a plugin or filter effect that works much like the Machine Wash 
actions packages at the following website:

www.misterretro.com

The Machine Wash effects are photoshop actions so they won't work in Corel 
Photopaint.

Does anybody know if there is a similar set of filters for Corel Photopaint 
X3 (compatible)?
