For some reason I have lost the border at the top of my Photo Paint window, and
have no idea how to get it back see attached as to what is missing

Never mind, after a couple of hours without it, I stumbled across it. It is
remarkable what you can accomplish by pushing keys without knowing the
consequence. ;-o))

My guess is Michael accidentally double-clicked on the image title bar 
-- I do that all the time too! You can restore down up underneath the 
main screen minimize/restore down buttons. Can't recall if there is a 
shortcut key for that???
