You could try downloading the Save Fix Update.  This can be found at:

I'm not saying that it will fix the rotating issue.  Still, it's worth a 
try.  To add.  Before downloading this patch, I was getting numerous 
Application errors appearing.  Since downloading, I find, Photopaint is more 
stable.

To find out if your Photopaint program goes beyond 11,633, go to Help, About 
Photopaint, System Info.  from here, select, Corel Exe and Dll's.  On 
scrolling the list, you should see serveral 11.755's listed.
