| Save As Format Doesn't Stick |

I have a customer who is using PP12 and when he uses Opens a file or usses
Save As to save out of PP he always has to select the format again the next
time. Any idea why the file format doesn't stick?

As Alfred mentioned, Carol - you have to Export (ctrl-e) to a format for the
Save-As to be sticky to that format. They changed from the way it used to
work back around v8 or v9.

Using the export function will change the default file format to whatever
you export to and the next time you use the save as it will default to that
file format.
