| Can mask tool color be changed? |

I am masking a photo in CorelPP at a one pixel size and get into areas where
the photo is the same color as the mask tool so I lose it. Is there a
setting somewhere to change the mask tool color?
Thank you for the help.

are you using the mask overlay? If so, you might turn it off so you just get
the "dancing ants" line and use that.

CTRL+J / Workspace / Display / Mask tint. Quite hidden, huh?

I don't use the mask overlay when doing knock-outs. Perhaps I need to be
more clear with my question. The mask tool that is an adjustable size circle
or square appears to change colors from gray and black depending on the
photo color behind it. At one pixel size it gets impossible to see in the
photo background of certain gray areas. Just courious if this has a setting
somewhere.
Thanks for the help.

The mask tool that can be set either round or square is always black
